My Story: From Film Sets to Fitness Truths<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For over 15 years, I worked behind the scenes in the commercial film and TV production industry in Toronto \u2014 mostly on U.S. productions. Glamorous? Sometimes. Exhausting? Always. Rewarding? In its own way. But something was missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even in the midst of long 16-hour days, craft services tables loaded with sugar bombs, and the constant pressure to perform \u2014 I was quietly obsessed with health and fitness. Not the Instagram kind, nor the fad-diet, quick-fix kind. But the real<\/em>, gritty, science-backed, lifelong kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started noticing things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
